Day to Day Hajj Itinerary

 3 Weeks Shifting Hajj 2020 Package itinerary (if departure is on  25th July 2020)
21 Day Package 

Day – 1: (16/07/2020) – 25th Dhul Qi’dah – Meeting & assistance at London Heathrow or Manchester airport

You will be met and assist at the London Heathrow or Manchester airport in order to make a departure for Jeddah Airport and this meeting will be beneficial for you throughout your journey.

When you make arrival at Jeddah airport, then you may have to wait for a few hours for the immigration & luggage Process. After this process, you will travel to Makkah by coach and you may have to wait for authorities’ clearance before starting the journey.

Day – 2: (17/07/2020) – 26th Dhul Qi’dah – Makkah

After checking into our hotel in Makka, we will be in Ihram clothing for “Umrah-Tamattu”  our guide will take you to Al Haram Masjid (Ka’ba) to perform “Umrah-Tamattu”. We as a group will leave and start our journey to perform our Umrah.

Day – 3: (18/07/2020) – 27th Dhul Qi’dah – Makkah                  

Relax while enjoying the spirtuality of Haram sharif, offer your Salahs & perform Tawaf of Kaabah.

Day – 4 (19/07/2020) – 28th Dhul Qi’dah – Makkah

Relax while enjoying the spirtuality of Haram sharif, offer your Salahs & perform Tawaf of Kaabah.

Day – 5: (20/07/2020) – 29th Dhul Qi’dah – Makkah

Relax while enjoying the spirtuality of Haram sharif, offer your Salahs & perform Tawaf of Kaabah.

Day – 6: (21/07/2020) – 30th Dhul Qi’dah – Madinah 

After reaching Madinah, we will check in to our hotel. Relax and recover from the travel tiredness. The next five days will be spent in Madinah Al Munawarah for prayers at the Masjid Al-Nabawi [Mosque of the Holy Prophet (PBUH)], visits to Baqhi Cemetery. There will also be a half day Tour of Madinah Al Munawarah ziarats, additional to ziyarah of the Shrine of Seyadana Abu Hamzah at Uhod and prayers at Qiblatain and Quba Mosques Insha Allah.

Day – 7: (22/07/2020) – 1st Dhul Hijjah – Madinah

Enjoy sights and sounds of Madinah, relax and focus on your ibadah.

Day – 8: (23/07/2020) – 2nd Hijjah – Madinah

Enjoy sights and sounds of Madinah, relax and focus on your ibadah.

Day – 9: (24/07/2020) – 3rd Dhul Hijjah – Madinah

Enjoy sights and sounds of Madinah, relax and focus on your ibadah.

Day – 10: (25/07/2020) – 4th Dhul Hijjah – Madinah

Enjoy sights and sounds of Madinah, relax and focus on your ibadah.     

Day – 11: (26/07/2020) – 5th Dhul Hijjah – Leave for Azizziya.

Enjoy the sights and sounds of Aziziya, relax and focus on ibadah and prepare for Hajj days in Minna.

Day – 12: (27/07/2020) – 6th Dhul Hijjah – Rest day in Aziziya

Hajj seminar will take place and advice & lectures will be given. Enjoy Aziziyah sounds and sights and relax while putting complete focus on your ibadah and prepare for the coming days of Hajj.

Day – 13: (28/07/2020) – 7th Dhul Hijjah – Leave for Mina

Leave for Mina to start “HAJJ” rituals. The departures of the Hujjaj to Mina are allocated by the Saudi government, starting from the 7th of Dhul Hajjah all the way up to 9th Dhul Hajjah direct to Arafat. Clearly over 3 million people cannot move all at one time.

Day – 14: (29/07/2020) – 8th Dhul Hijjah – Mina Tents.

Group will remain in  Mina Tents and Spend time in resting and enjoying the Hajj atmosphere. Enjoy the Mina atmosphere and get advice and lectures on the Hajj days to come during tour.

Day – 15: (30/07/2020) – 9th Dhul Hijjah – Hajj day in Arafat.

We will arrive in Arafat immediately after Fajr and remain in Arafat all day until after Maghrib.  Those that wish to hear the Hajj Sermon (Khuttaba) may do so by making there own way to the masjid Nimra. In the evening you will leave for Muzdalifah (Masha’r AI-Haram). On arrival after observing prayers you will collect stones for throwing them at the Jamaraat (Satans). Group will leave after Maghrib. Transport time is allocated by the Hajj Ministry, this may take till midnight.

Day – 16: (31/07/2020) – 10th Dhul Hijjah – Return to Mina 

Muzdalifah will be left after Fajr and return to Mina. From Mina group will leave for Jamarat (Stoning) and return to Aziziyah where Qurbani news will be awaited. Heads are shaven and Ihram is released,  Group will complete Tawaf Al Ziyarah at Makkah and the group will return to Mina at night.

Day – 17: (1/08/2020) – 11th Dhul Hijjah – Second day of Stoning

Relax in the holy city while enjoying the ziarats etc.

Day – 18: (2/08/2020) – 12th Dhul Hijjah – Third day of Stoning

The third day of stoning we will wait for clearance from the ministry of hajj to leave mine for the final day of stoning. once stoning is complete we will make our way by walking back to Aziziya Apartments. If the ministry of Hajj does not give clearance we will have to stay one more night/also there is an option to another night if u prefer to. If u stay an extra night food will not be included for that night.

Day – 19: (3/08/2020) – 13th Dhul Hijjah – Rest day in Aziziyah

Enjoy Aziziyah sounds and sights and relax while putting complete focus on your ibadah.

Day – 20: (4/08/2020) – 14th Dhul Hijjah – Rest day Aziziyah 

Enjoy Aziziyah sounds and sights and relax while putting complete focus on your ibadah or you may prefer to go to Makkah Al Haram to do farewell Tawaf.

Day – 21: (5/08/2020) – 15th Dhul Hijjah – Rest day in Aziziyah.

Enjoy Aziziyah sounds and sights and relax while putting complete focus on your ibadah or you may prefer to go to Makkah Al Haram to do farewell Tawaf.

Day – 22: (6/08/2020) – 16th Dhul Hijjah – Journey to England.

Our pilgrims will leave for Jeddah airport to fly you back to the UK. Transport will be provided.

  1. 4th Dhul Al Hijjah to 7th Dhul Al Hijjah Arrival at Location

    Flight from UK to Jeddah – departing from Manchester (MAN). We will depart from Manchester via transit at Istanbul, at Istanbul airport we (brothers) shall change into Ihram & the sisters can also change if already not prepared. We shall all as a group offer nawfil salah for being in the condition of Ihram and then collectively in congregation do the Niyat for Umrah. After arriving at Jeddah airport we will commence the immigration process this will take a few hours. Once we have been cleared from immigration we will then start our journey to Makkah in our air conditioned transport. This journey from Jeddah to Makkah is 86km approximately  2 hrs. Once we arrive at Makkah we will off load our luggage check into our rooms, after taking a short rest we as a group will start the Hajj Rituals by performing the Greeting Tawaaf (Tawaaf Alqadoom). After we finish our Umrah we will stay the next 2 to 3 nights until the 7th of Dhul-Hijja in our building at Aziziya with full board (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) and free WiFi. Mazarat and religious lectures included. During our stay in Makkah we will enjoy having the privilege of praying at the harmain sharif (Kaabah). We will also have ziyarats with a our fully guided tour guide.  

  2. 7th Dhul-Hijjah to 9th Dhul Al Hijjah Mina Hajj Days

    On the 7th Dhul-Hijja we shall leave for Mina Group will leave for Mina and Spend time in resting. 8th Dhul Hijjah – Rest in Mina Enjoy the Mina atmosphere and get advice and lectures on the days to come during tour. 9th Dhul Hijjah – A day in Arafat    At dawn of this day, Muslim pilgrims will make their way from Mina to a nearby hillside and plain called Mount Arafah and the Plain of Arafah. We will take the coach from Mina to Arafat, (the most important day of Hajj) where we will stay in air-conditioned tents with half board. Hot meals drinks & refreshments will be served all day. The Hajj sermon will be delivered here. After sunset, we will take the coach from Arafat to Muzdalifah where we perform Maghrib and Ish’a prayers shortened and combined and spend the remaining night till Fajr salah in Muzdalifah. After Fajr the sisters & elderly shall go by coaches back to our tents in Mina, the remaining will walk back to Mina (optional).

  3. 10th Dhul-Hijjah to 13th Dhul-Hijjah Jamarat (stoning)

    10th Dhul Hijjah – Return to Mina  As we arrive back to our tents in Mina we will then be allocated a time slot for Jamarat (stoning). We will leave as a group for the 1st day of Jamarat (Stoning). Group will complete Tawaf Al Ziyarah at Makkah and return to Tents in Mina where Qurbani news will be awaited. Ihram is released and we make Halaq (Shaving Heads) take shower and change into our normal clothing. You have to walk a lot today, equating so we recommend wearing comfortable footwear for this day. 11th Dhul Hijjah – Second day of Stoning Group will stone all three Jamarats during this day and then return to Mina.   12th Dhul Hijjah – Third day of Stoning We will stone the three Jamarat after Fajr prayer and return to Mina tents. The rest of the 12th Dhul Hijja is a free day

  4. 14th Dhul-Hijjah to 15th Dhul-Hijjah Aziziya

    The next 2 days shall be in Aziziya residence, seminars & meetings will also be held for the discussion on next stages. Enjoy the beautiful sights of Aziziya and relax.

  5. 15th Dhul-Hijjah to 21st Dhul-Hijjah Makkah Haram

    We shall leave for Haram Sharif and check in to our hotel, Hyatt Regency 5* Hotel at Jable Umar directly opposite The Grand Masjid Haram Sharif. Enjoy your ibadat with as many Umrah & Tawafs possible.

  6. 21st Dhul-Hijjah to 27th Dhul-Hijjah Madinah Al Munawara

    Enjoy sights and sounds of Madinah, relax and focus on your ibadah. Mazarat and religious lectures included. During our stay in Madinah we will enjoy having the privilege of praying at the Masjid Nabwi. As well as offering our salam to our beloved Prophet Muhammad PBUH, we will also have ziyarats with a our fully guided tour guide.

Hadith No: 349 Narrated/Authority of Aisha From: Sunan An-Nasai. Chapter 3, The Book of Menstruation and Istihadah “We went out with the Messenger of Allah (saw) with no intention other than Hajj. When he was in Sarif I began menstruating. The Messenger of Allah (saw) entered upon me and I was weeping. He said, ‘What is the matter with you? Has your Nifas begun?’ I said: ‘Yes.’ He said: ‘This is something that Allah the Mighty and Sublime has decreed for the daughters of Adam. Do what the pilgrims do but do not perform Tawaf around the House.'” (Sahih)  In Menses, women will bathe or perform wudhu with the INTENTION of Umrah This will not make her paak Sit, facing Qiblah if possible Make Intention followed by TALBIYYAH. Remain engaged in ZIKR, DU’AA TALBIYYAH Enter Masjid for umrah after becoming Paak. If menses started after she had done the Ihram for Umrah and she was unable to perform Umrah and Hajj activities start: Cancel Umrah, by making intention to cancel Ihram, undo hair and comb it. Do new Ihram for Hajj and start Hajj A’amaal. (Going Mina, Arafat etc) She will do Qadhaa of Umrah after Hajj. Give penalty/ Dam by sacrificing goat or one seventh of large animal.(cow, camel)                  A woman in her menses will delay the Tawaf e Ziyarat until she becomes clean          It will be permissible for her to delay this even after the 12th Dhul Hijjah, no penalty will be due.          Without Tawaaf e Ziyaarat Hajj is not complete, it has to be done.          She would be exempt from Tawaaf e Wida if she is unable to do it due to her menses. No penalty will be due.

Can a women take tablets to delay her Menses cycle?

Praise be to Allah. Firstly:  Tawaaf al-ifaadah is one of the pillars or essential parts of the Hajj, which is not waived in the case of a menstruating woman or anyone else, but the menstruating woman cannot circumambulate the Ka‘bah until she becomes pure (i.e., her period ends and she does ghusl), because the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said to ‘Aa’ishah when she menstruated: “Do what the pilgrims do, except do not circumambulate the Ka‘bah until you become pure.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari (1650) It says in al-Mawsoo‘ah al-Fiqhiyyah (18/320): There is no difference of opinion among the fuqaha’ that menses does not prevent the woman from doing any of the actions of Hajj apart from tawaaf, because the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said to ‘Aa’ishah when she menstruated: “Do what the pilgrims do, except do not circumambulate the Ka‘bah. End quote. There is nothing wrong with a woman taking some medicine to prevent menstruation or shorten its duration, so that she will be able to circumambulate the Ka‘bah (tawaaf). Shaykh ‘Abd al-‘Azeez ibn Baaz (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: What is the ruling on a woman using pills to prevent her monthly period during the days of Hajj? He (may Allah have mercy on him) replied: There is nothing wrong with that, because it serves a purpose, so that she will be able to do tawaaf with the people and so that she will not hold her travelling companions back.
